Japan Location Photo offers the photo shooting services in any special occasions in Japan. Japan has the varieties of beautiful and magnificent sceneries in 4 seasons. You can choose the locations and seasons to shoot your pre-wedding photos, family photos or any special moments.

Step1

Customers contact to JAPAN LOCATION PHOTO

Basic discussion about photo shooting information by calling or e-mail us.
Step2

Thai staff contacts back

Thai staff will contact you back for giving details about photo shooting. such as locations, timing matching with your trip plan etc.
Step3

Customers making decision.

Customers confirm the 1st and 2nd preferred locations and shooting date.
Our staff will verify the date and locations, then we will reply within 2 business days
Step4

Customers make booking.

Customers fill in application form and make payment for 10% of the package’s price within deadline and conditions in the form.

*Status of date and locations availability may change if application form is not returned by due date.
*You can reserve air ticket, accommodation, train tickets etc. by yourself or travel agent after this process. Japan location photo will not take any responsibility if there are any expenses occurs from any changes of your booking.

Step5

Pay the less amount of fees at least 10days before shooting day .

Receive Photo Shooting Voucher and appointment note.
Step6

Travel to Japan

All Japanese staffs will take good care of you and make sure that your photo shooting will be unforgettable memories.

Step7

Receive photo files and album

You will receive photo files and photo choosing form after photo shooting about 3 weeks.
Please put the numbers of pictures you need in your album in the form and return to our Thai staff. It will take about 2 months after returning the form for designing, making and sending album to you.

Cancellation Fees

1 month in advance: No charge
30 days – 10 days in advance: Booking fees will be forfeited.
9 days – 4 days in advance: 50% of package fee will be charged
3 days – Booking day: 100% of package fee will be charged
